I provide nutritional therapy services, helping people to ensure they get a full range of nourishment from their daily food intake. I can evaluate kitchen facilities, cooking skills, likes and dislikes to suggest nutritious meals, tips and methods that tick the boxes for nutrient-dense plates of food. This can be particularly helpful for people living alone, who find it a challenge to cook and make the effort just for one. Together we would look to support the whole body and mind nutritionally, providing energy, brain fuel and foods that can help protect against health conditions like type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and excessive weight gain.
