Accessibility
Tribe is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and W3C conformance.
Tribe takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of Tribe:
- Include accessibility throughout our internal policies
- Assign clear accessibility targets and responsibilities
- Employ formal accessibility quality assurance methods
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Tribe is partially conforming with WCAG 2.1 level AA and WCAG 2.1 level AAA.
Although our goal is WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, we have also applied some Level AAA Success Criteria: Re-authentication after a session expires does not cause loss of data.

We monitor user activity and typically respond to issues within 2 working days. We are also implementing artificial intelligence to control user generated content, such as profile photos that are not conformant.
