We are looking for an Events Planner volunteer, who can support in planning our launch events in September and across the Autumn. These events will be for the local community, stakeholders, local businesses and charities, youth professionals and most importantly, local young people. You will support in the planning, delivery and evaluation process of events, volunteering between 1-2 hours per week. You may attend some youth sessions, to hear from young people what they think would be important at the events, and how they would like to be involved. A DBS check is required for this role which will be fully paid for by us. Applicants must be aged 16 or over. All mileage or public transport costs are paid. Free training opportunities. You can volunteer during the daytime or the evening. Our youth sessions are during the evening, which you may attend occasionally to speak to young people.
