Elmbridge Borough Council provides an assisted bin collection service for residents who have difficulty moving their bins to their collection point. The contractor will come onto your property to collect your bin, empty it and then return it. In order to receive this service, complete a request online or phone the Customer Service team. Weekly on Monday from 08:45 to 17:00
