This is a very friendly mixed age/mixed ability yoga and relaxation class and new members are always welcome. No previous experience is necessary as the classes are suitable for all levels. Classes are held on Tuesday evenings, 7pm-8.30pm and Wednesday mornings, 9.30am-11.00am and 11.30am-1.00pm. A typical session consists of warm-up stretches, traditional yoga poses and guided relaxation. Straps and blocks are available for your use, but you will need a yoga mat and a blanket for the relaxation sections. Please contact me for further information and/or to book your place.
