Free one hour group walk led by trained community volunteers - every Friday morning, meet just before 11am behind the De La Warr. A nice and easy seafront stroll, surfaced paths all the way so also suitable for wheelchairs, mobility scooters and pushchairs. No need to book, no commitment, just pop along. Always looking for new volunteers to make sure there are enough leaders every week, to spread out the turns across the month and cover for holidays or illness. Training and equipment provided.
