Visit the house given to Anne by Henry VIII as part of his annulment settlement. Henry VIII granted the manor of Southover to his fourth wife and the beautiful timber-framed Anne of Cleves House preserves her name. Today you can catch the atmosphere of how people lived in Tudor and Elizabethan times both in the house and gardens. The house also contains the Museum of Lewes history and the Wealden Iron Gallery. Closed in 2021 due to Covid 19 except for wedding and function hire.
Please contact Anne of Cleves House Museum to get more information about their availability.
