Do you know what it feels like to experience overwhelm or mental health difficulties when you became a parent? Do you want to help support others in your community who are going through this right now? Do you have 2 hours to dedicate to volunteering a week for the next 12 months (term time only)? If this sounds like you - get in touch! NCT Parents in Mind offer peer to peer support to new mums and birthing people who are pregnant up until baby is 2. We are looking for volunteer peer supporters to join us.
